Terms of service

Solofounders.help reads public pages at a URL you submit and generates a written diagnosis and, if you pay, a 30-day First Sale Playbook. It is written guidance, not advertising services, legal advice, tax advice, or investment advice.

You must give an accurate email address, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live). You are responsible for everything done through your account.

You own the right to use the diagnosis and playbook we generate for you, without limitation, for your own business — including copying it into your own documents and sharing it with people working on your product. You may not resell it, publish it as a product, or present it as your own paid deliverable to third parties.

• Only submit URLs you own or have a legitimate reason to analyse.
• Do not use the scanner to attack, overload or probe someone else's site, and do not submit private, internal or authenticated URLs.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, payment, or access another customer's report.
• Do not attempt to manipulate our analysis with hidden instructions on your page.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

The playbook costs $19.99 USD as a single one-time payment per scan. It is not a subscription and does not renew. Payment is taken by Stripe. Access unlocks only after Stripe confirms the payment to us. All sales are final: because the playbook is a digital document delivered immediately, we do not give refunds. Read the free diagnosis first and only pay if you want the 30-day plan. Nothing here limits statutory consumer rights you have where you live.

We do not promise you a sale, revenue, traffic or any specific outcome. The playbook is a plan you have to execute.

We may change or discontinue features. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. If we discontinue the service entirely, your generated reports remain exportable for a reasonable period.

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue or indirect damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of [FOUNDER COUNTRY], and disputes are heard by the courts of [FOUNDER COUNTRY], without prejudice to consumer rights in your country of residence.
